In this Water-focused class, we’ll attune to the grounding yet flowing energy of Kapha—steady, receptive, and deeply emotional.

Craft your own sacred herbal tea designed for emotional release, fluidity, and inner cleansing. Herbs from Nicole’s food forest.

4th Class: EARTH
In this Earth-focused class, we’ll align with the steady, nurturing energy of Kapha—stable, grounded, and deeply supportive—and journey into the element of Earth shamanically.

We will craft an herbal & salt grounding pouch which can be used as a mineral bath blend for protection, stability, and deep grounding in the body.

5th Class: SPACE
In this Space-focused class, we’ll align with the subtle, expansive energy of Akasha—the element that holds all things, the field of consciousness, intuition, and inner knowing.
