Nicole's work is deeply rooted in the healing support of bioregional plants. She weaves together their stories and teachings as she has learned them passed down from many great teachers. She grew up working her families third generation plant nursery and it was there that she fell in love with plants. Her journey took her to many great places, traveling and learning the Shamanic ways through the jungles and mountains of Peru, studying with Ayurvedic doctors, teachers of Plant Medicine and Herbalism as well as Yoga. Her classes reflect a deep love of plant healing intertwined with teachings on clinical plant studies and the five elements.

She now lives on over an acre Food Forest Garden in Florida with her husband, two children, dog and cats. She works with clients individually, as well as teaches monthly herbal gatherings and programs.

Her intention is to reignite a love of plant medicine in today's modern life.

I have been practicing Holistic Ayurvedic and Earth Medicine for over a decade, with the last seven years being particularly focused on refining my approach to client care, therapeutic protocols, and integrating Ayurvedic principles with modern Earth-based healing practices, especially with tropical and subtropical plants grown here in South Florida and predominant in Ayurvedic holistic wellness. Throughout this time, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve balance and wellness through personalized, nature-based therapies.

Since starting my practice in 2012, I have seen a total of 156 different clients. Over the past four years, I have focused primarily on offering holistic Ayurvedic consultations and Earth Medicine practices, combining traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with herbs, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and emotional support strategies. My clinical practice is deeply rooted in a holistic perspective, where I take into account the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of each client’s well-being.

The majority of my clients seek guidance for a wide range of health concerns, including hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, stress management, autoimmune conditions, and chronic inflammation. I also see clients looking for overall wellness guidance, particularly those interested in seasonal transitions, detoxification, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle aligned with their dosha (body-mind constitution).
